Too often we run into everyday situations which mask a hidden complexity yet to the casual observer pass under the radar. As busy human beings we instinctually attempt to simplify the world around us through our biases and as a result are unable to see underlying causes and linkages.
This blog will attempt to raise the bar of reasoned discourse, generate new ideas or reassess old ones. Though covering business and human resources from a broad perspective, it will not focus on one specific topic and does not have a unifying theme. I invite you to join me on this journey forward.
